Project Bluebeam

Project Bluebeam: Could the Greatest UFO Event in History Be Fake?

Imagine walking outside one night and seeing something impossible hanging over the horizon.Project Bluebeam Intro

Strange objects begin appearing above major cities, 1000’s of people start recording, and then something enormous takes shape in the sky.

Maybe it’s a UFO, maybe it’s Jesus walking on clouds, or perhaps it’s a religious figure millions of people have been waiting 1000’s of years to see.

Then the figure in the sky suddenly starts talking, and good luck keeping people from shaking in their boots.

This is the nightmare scenario behind Project Bluebeam, one of the strangest conspiracy theories to come out of the 1990s.

The theory claims advanced technology could be used to stage an enormous supernatural event involving religious apparitions, voices seemingly coming from God, and even fake an extraterrestrial invasion.

Who Came Up With Project Bluebeam?

The Project Bluebeam story is usually traced back to Canadian journalist and conspiracy researcher Serge Monast, who began publicly discussing the alleged operation in 1994. Project Bluebeam Serge Monast

Monast claimed that NASA and other powerful organizations were preparing a psychological operation designed to destroy existing religious beliefs and push humanity toward a centralized political andv religious system.

“Now, the famous NASA Blue Beam Project has four different steps.  Four parts toward the implementation of the New World Religion with the anti-Christ at its head.  And we must remember that the New World Religion is the basic foundation for the New World Government.” – Serge Monast, 1994 Project Blue Beam presentation

Project Bluebeam would unfold through 4 stages, with each stage preparing the population for the next part of the deception.

No authenticated government document has surfaced publicly confirming Project Bluebeam, but that doesn’t mean we should toss the whole theory into the conspiracy dumpster.

Governments have kept some pretty bizarre skeletons in the closet before, with MKUltra being a perfect example.

History shows that today’s wild conspiracy can sometimes become tomorrow’s declassified file.

Stage 1: Rewrite the Past

According to Monast, the first stage would involve manufactured archaeological discoveries that challenged the foundations of major religions.  Project Bluebeam Artifacts Faked

Artificially triggered earthquakes would supposedly uncover planted artifacts suggesting humanity had completely misunderstood its religious history.

“The first step concerns the breakdown of all archeological knowledge.  It deals with the set-up of earthquakes at certain precise locations of the planet where supposedly new discoveries will suddenly explain – for them – the wrong meaning of all major religions’ basic doctrines.“ – Serge Monast, 1994 Project Blue Beam presentation

Basically, destroy confidence in the old story before introducing a new one.

Propaganda and psychological warfare have been used for generations, and history provides examples where governments went much further than simply dropping leaflets from airplanes.

Stage 2: Put God in the Sky

This is the part of Project Bluebeam everyone remembers.

Monast claimed the second stage would involve an enormous celestial spectacle in which different populations witnessed religious figures appearing in the sky.  Project Bluebeam Holy Figures Hologram

Christians might see Jesus while people elsewhere would supposedly see figures corresponding to their own religious traditions, eventually merging into a universal messianic figure representing a new global religion.

Monast described satellites, lasers, computer generated imagery, optical effects, and synchronized sound being used to accomplish the deception.

Basically, turn the atmosphere into the world’s biggest movie screen (Grab your popcorn).

“The second step deals with the gigantic space show with three dimensional optical holograms and sounds, laser projections of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving different images according to predominating regional/national religious faith.”  – Serge Monast, 1994 Project Blue Beam presentation

In 1994 that sounded like hardcore science fiction, but today some of the individual ingredients aren’t particularly exotic. Project Bluebeam Ancient Gods Hologram

1000’s of synchronized drones can create enormous moving figures across the sky, projection mapping can transform entire buildings, and computer generated imagery can produce scenes that look completely real on a screen.

We already artificial intelligence, which can already generate fake photographs, voices, and increasingly convincing video.

The general idea of creating a massive artificial spectacle isn’t as ridiculous as it sounded 30 years ago.

The 3rd stage gets considerably spooookier.

Stage 3: The Voice of God

Monast claimed technology could make people believe supernatural voices were communicating directly with them.

Rather than hearing something through an ordinary loudspeaker, individuals would supposedly experience communication that seemed personal and internal. Project Bluebeam stage 3 voice of god

Some jabroni would be hearing what appears to be God’s voice inside their head while the person standing next to them hears nothing.

“techniques push us toward the third step of the NASA Blue Beam project that goes along with the telepathic electronical two-ways communication where ELF, VLF and LF waves will reach the people of the earth by the inside of their brain making each one to believe that his own ‘god’ is talking to each one from within his own soul.” – Serge Monast, 1994 Project Blue Beam presentation

Hearing Without Sound

Research into microwave induced auditory sensations goes back to experiments associated with scientist Allan Frey during the 1960s.

Certain pulsed microwave signals could cause people to perceive sounds such as clicks, buzzing, or chirping that appeared to originate within or near their heads.

With appropriate modulation, the perception of various sounds can be induced in clinically deaf, as well as normal, human subjects. – Allan H. Frey, Human Auditory System Response to Modulated Electromagnetic Energy, Journal of Applied Physiology,

The accepted explanation doesn’t require telepathy or mind control.

Pulsed microwave energy can create tiny thermal expansions in tissue, producing pressure waves that eventually stimulate the auditory system. Project Bluebeam microwave thoughts in people's head

Under specific conditions electromagnetic energy can create the sensation of sound without an ordinary speaker blasting sound waves into your ears.

Monast’s basic idea of technologically induced sound seemingly originating inside someone’s head does have a genuine scientific parallel.

Then comes the grand finale…👽

Stage 4: They’re Heeeeerrrreee

According to Monast, the final stage of Project Bluebeam would involve manufactured supernatural events and potentially the appearance of an extraterrestrial threat.

People would supposedly believe an alien invasion or supernatural catastrophe had begun, chaos would follow, and frightened populations would demand protection. Project Bluebeam fake alien invasion

The basic idea was to create a common enemy powerful enough to unite humanity through fear, after which a new international authority could supposedly emerge offering the solution.

Now, the fourth step concerns the universal supernatural manifestation with electronic means. It contains three different orientations. One is to make mankind belief that an alien invasion is about to strike down on each major city of the earth in order to push each major nations to use its nuclear to strike back. – Serge Monast, 1994 Project Blue Beam presentation

But the psychological principle behind the story isn’t difficult to understand, because a terrifying external threat can cause populations to accept actions they might normally resist.

Monast simply took that idea and cranked it up to 11.

Instead of exploiting a real enemy, manufacture one from outer space.

Could You Actually Fake an Alien Invasion?

This is where modern Project Bluebeam theories sometimes lose me.

Creating convincing footage of UFOs is easy compared with convincing millions of people standing outside that enormous physical spacecraft are actually floating above their cities.

Long before today’s UFO disclosure frenzy, investigative author Jim Marrs explored the possibility that the UFO phenomenon might involve an agenda much larger than simple extraterrestrial visitation. Project Bluebeam Jim mars Alien agenda

In his 1997 book Alien Agenda, Marrs examined government secrecy, alleged UFO retrievals, military involvement, abduction accounts, and the possibility that the public wasn’t being told the whole story about the phenomenon.

“Failure to do so would lead to calamity for the human race as a secretive trans-national power, already in existence, would move to permanently take control of this planet thru a hoaxed alien invasion from outer space.” – Jim Marrs The Alien Agenda

Marrs didn’t present Alien Agenda as proof of Project Bluebeam, but his work fits comfortably beside the theory.

If a major extraterrestrial event ever unfolded, separating the genuine phenomenon from misinformation and deliberate manipulation might be the hardest part.

A fake craft hovering over Manhattan would have to look convincing from thousands of angles and distances.

It would also need to interact properly with clouds, buildings, weather, lighting, cameras, aircraft, radar, satellites, and countless independent observation systems.

That’s one hell of a magic trick.

“After global terrorism, events will unfold that would utilize the now-revealed Alien Reproduction Vehicles… to hoax an attack on Earth. The goal of this hoaxed space alien invasion was simple: control thru fear, to drive governments of all nations to submit and unite under one central authority, a One World Government” – Jim Marrs The Alien Agenda

Project Bluebeam in the Age of AI

Most people still experienced major world events through television, newspapers, and radio.

Smartphones were still years away, social media had yet to take shape, YouTube wasn’t even on the horizon, and generative AI belonged firmly in the realm of science fiction.

You’d only need enough convincing footage, eyewitness testimony, social media posts, and confusion that nobody could immediately determine what actually happened.

But the world he feared, where technology could make it increasingly difficult to distinguish a manufactured event from a genuine one, doesn’t sound nearly as impossible as it did in 1994.
